Dona leads AIQ’s operational strategy and oversees the systems and processes that support the company’s technology and customer partnerships.

With more than 20 years of experience in clinical management and cancer center operations, she brings deep insight into how healthcare organizations function both clinically and administratively. Her experience helps ensure that AIQ’s technology aligns with the practical needs of clinicians, patients and healthcare systems.

Dona has extensive expertise navigating the regulatory and operational environments faced by healthcare technology companies, including quality management, program oversight, and organizational development.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
