The AIQ Solutions team is working hard to revolutionize the evaluation of treatment response , improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare system costs.
AIQ Solutions was born out of the University of Wisconsin Translational Imaging Research Program. The founders, Robert Jeraj, PhD; Glenn Liu, MD; George Wilding, MD; and Dona Alberti, BSN, RN, had worked together for over ten years at the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center with decades of experience in drug development, clinical trials, and translational imaging research.
From 2009 to 2015, Dr. Jeraj and Dr. Liu leveraged $8M in industry and grant funding to develop the novel methodology underlying AIQ’s products. In January 2015 AIQ was incorporated. The patents protecting AIQ’s innovations were issued in October 2015 and March 2017. In April 2017 AIQ signed an exclusive license agreement with the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation covering both patents.
AIQ Solutions is now poised for rapid growth with a strong leadership team, one product fully commercialized, and a strong pipeline of new products at varying stages of development.
At AIQ Solutions, we have the innovative spirit of a startup, while retaining a strong commitment to five pillars of culture that are strong enough to support us as we continue to grow.
We care deeply about integrity and therefore it is at the core of all that we do. We strive to treat each other and our customers with honesty, sincerity, truthfulness, and respect. We are committed to fostering an environment in which we measure ourselves against the highest standards.
We choose kindness and understand that our individual differences strengthen our team. We promote trust and respect in each other. We treat employees as human beings, not resources. Combining our backgrounds and expertise, our employees form a community that celebrates individual growth and accomplishments, provides support and encouragement, and promotes collaboration and recognition for team success.
We are passionate about quality and choose to embrace and deliver excellence to our customers, our community, and each other. We work collaboratively but hold ourselves individually accountable for results. We understand our personal strengths, capabilities and skills, and direct them toward delivery of successful products that impact the lives of patients and the clinicians caring for them.
We work hard, stay focused, and learn from adversity. We solve problems without becoming discouraged. We remain persistent until we achieve our long-term goals.
We recognize the importance of continuous learning, for individuals and for the organization. We experiment. We make mistakes and they help us improve. We incorporate learning into our goals. We help each other learn, and we help our customers learn.
